Ready for ten days of pure outdoor freedom? This Multi Sports Experience takes you across Kapchorwa’s endless network of trails, ridges and valleys through a mix of running, hiking, mountain biking and optional climbing. It’s the perfect adventure for anyone who enjoys variety, loves being active in nature and wants to explore one of Uganda’s most beautiful regions in a fun, dynamic way. You’ll dive deep into the unspoiled landscapes and warm culture of the people of Mount Elgon. Far from the crowds and close to real Community life. Every day offers a new challenge: a sunrise trail run, a waterfall hike, a downhill bike ride or a technical climb for those who feel brave. Your home for the week is a premier Guesthouse in the heart of Kapchorwa’s outdoor Community, with comfortable self-contained rooms, nutritious high-energy meals and the friendliness our region is known for. Airport transfer, meals and activities are all arranged so you can focus on what matters: moving, exploring, connecting and having fun. Day 1: Journey to Kapchorwa

8.00am: Pick-up from your hotel in Entebbe for the scenic 8-hour drive With stretch-your-legs stops in Jinja (Javahouse) and Mbale (Endiro Coffee) 4.00pm: Check-in at Home of Friends Guesthouse 6.00pm: Dinner 8.00pm: Campfire welcome session & meet your local guides
Day 2: Gentle start in the highlands

7.15am: Easy morning run --> Champion’s Loop with your athlete-guide 8.30am: Breakfast (coffee available @ 7.00am) 10.00am: Relaxing morning at the Guesthouse with optional fun games 1.00pm: Lunch 3.00pm: Kapchorwa town walk & surroundings 6.30pm: Dinner
Day 3: Full-Day Highland Traverse

Day 4: Relax & Learn from the Kapchorwa Mamas

8.00am: Breakfast 9.00am: Relaxation massage 1.00pm: Lunch (packed lunch available if you’re out exploring) 4.00pm: Cooking with the Kapchorwa Mamas. Learn to prepare a nutritious runner's meal at a traditional village homestead 7.00pm: Dinner
Day 5: Mountain Biking Day
