About this Experience

Cycle & Hike combines a scenic cycling adventure with an unforgettable hilltop hike. We cycle to Lake Kigere, then hike up Kyeganywa Hill, where the reward at the top is a spectacular 360° panoramic view of three crater lakes Lake Kigere, Lake Saaka, and Lake Nyabikere. On a foggy day, the hilltop takes on a magical atmosphere as mist surrounds you, creating a beautiful and unique view of the crater lakes and landscape. It’s more than just cycling or hiking; it’s a journey that takes you through the landscape and ends with one of the best ways to appreciate the beauty of the crater-lake region from above.
