About this Experience

This experience offers visitors a unique opportunity to learn about traditional healing knowledge practiced within the community and passed down through generations. Led by a respected traditional medicine man, the activity focuses on the cultural significance of medicinal plants, traditional wellness beliefs, and sustainable use of natural resources. Visitors will gain insight into how indigenous communities have historically maintained health and harmony with nature. The experience is educational and cultural in nature and does not involve medical diagnosis or treatment. Participation directly supports community livelihoods and the preservation of indigenous knowledge through the BICOWA project.
